Dojo means "A Cherished Place of Learning" and should be respected. The dojo provides a safe place for physical and mental training in the way of Kyokushinkai under the guidance of trained masters Etiquete:

Your Karate

Your dogi is a personal piece of your training equipment, without it you could not train. It is to be treated with respect. It should always be clean and presentable upon entry to the Dojo.Your DOGI consists of 3 parts: 1,
Uwagi - Jacket All your equipment should be clearly marked with your name. For all Karate the Karate gi is WHITE with exception of your Obi. The Uwagi is always worn outside the Zubon with the left side lapel over the right. |
